FoldWow is operated by MY FACTORY LLC. Our SMS/MMS program is for customer support, order updates, artwork and proof coordination, delivery questions, and photos related to your order. We do not send advertising or promotional text messages through this program.
How to opt in
To request text support and opt in, send START from your mobile phone to +1 (689) 220-3596.
By texting START, you agree to receive SMS/MMS from FoldWow (MY FACTORY LLC) about customer support and your orders at the mobile number you use. Message frequency varies with your requests and order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Read our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy before opting in. You can contact us by email instead at hello@foldwow.com.
If you text us with a question, we may reply to that specific request. An order, a phone call, or providing a telephone number by itself does not enroll you in ongoing text updates. We retain incoming messages as a record of your request and consent.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from +1 (689) 220-3596. You will receive a confirmation, and no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, text START to the same number.
Help
Reply HELP or email hello@foldwow.com. For order support, include your order number. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or government identification by text.
Your privacy
Mobile information and SMS/MMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver messages and support this program. See our Privacy Policy.
