This messaging program is operated by MY FACTORY LLC, doing business as FoldWow, at +1 (689) 220-3596. It covers customer support, order status, artwork and proof coordination, delivery questions, and order-related photos. This program does not include promotional or advertising messages.

Joining the program

Review our SMS Consent & Messaging Preferences and Privacy Policy, then text START to +1 (689) 220-3596 to opt in. You authorize FoldWow to send manual or automated SMS/MMS related to this program to the number you use. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Providing a telephone number or placing an order alone does not enroll you. If you initiate a text conversation, we may reply to your specific inquiry.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies depending on your questions and order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan. MMS may include artwork proofs or order-related images.

Stop or restart messages
